1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of PodHaven Studios’ website and rental services. By submitting a booking request or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings and payment

• Rates are shown per item (hour, day, or flat) in the catalog. Taxes may apply.
• We confirm availability by email. Your booking is not final until you receive a confirmation message.
• Payment methods and deadlines will be shared on confirmation. We do not charge hidden fees.
• Discounts for multi-hour sessions apply automatically when eligible.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

• 48+ hours notice: full refund or one free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund or one reschedule with a small rebooking fee.
• <24 hours: we cannot guarantee a refund due to reserved room time.

4. Studio rules

• No smoking or open flames.
• Food with minimal odor only; beverages with lids are encouraged.
• Respect building neighbors and quiet hours posted on-site.
• Please arrive on time; setup and teardown are part of your rental window.

5. Equipment and damages

You are responsible for equipment while in your control. Report issues immediately so we can help. Excessive damage may incur repair or replacement costs.

6. Content and acceptable use

Do not use the studios to produce content that violates law or infringes intellectual property. We reserve the right to decline bookings that create safety risks or violate building policies.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PodHaven Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to a booking will not exceed the amounts you paid for that booking.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
